Booking and payment

Which pitches are still available on my desired date?

You can find all free pitches in the online booking, if you enter your desired date. Alternatively, you can see the available places on this interactive map and book directly.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is 150 €. If the total amount of your trip is less than 150 € you have to pay the total amount.

Can we pay on site?

Since our bookings are always binding, we always require a deposit. For short-term bookings or bookings on the same day, the price of the overnight stay can be paid on the spot. 

Are there any other costs?

Only the electricity. The costs depends on how much electricity you use. Note that the hot water boiler in the bathroom also runs on the electricity consumption. You can find the reasons for this here.

How long am I allowed to stand “in front of the gate”?

The pitches “in front of the gate” are for transients and are therefore bookable for a maximum of seven days. 

What happens to my booking if you have to close due to Corona?

In case we have to close for official reasons, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the amount paid will be refunded in the same way as the booking was paid. In case of cancellation on your part, because of illness or for private reasons, our normal cancellation conditions apply, you can also find them in our terms and conditions.

Can we also come with a group?

We are a quiet campsite and have night’s rest starting at 10 pm. Due to some problems in the past, we can unfortunately only accept group bookings with a maximum of 10 people. This also applies when booking in multiple transactions.

Do you also have a bathroom that is handicapped accessible?

Yes, this is located at the reception. Alternatively, we also have some larger bathrooms. Please contact us (via our contact form, by phone or email) before booking, then we can recommend you – depending on the degree of restriction – a suitable place.

Check-in and check-out

When can we check-in?

Arrival is possible from 1 pm. Your bathroom or house will be available to you freshly cleaned from 3 pm.

Can we arrive after reception closes?

A later arrival is not a problem. Please contact the reception beforehand by e-mail or phone, so that we can prepare your place and the barrier access.

Until when do we have to check-out?

You have to leave the pitch or the house until 11 am. Please leave on time, otherwise we will have to charge you for an extra night.

Late checkout: Late checkout (until 17:00) is possible only after prior arrangement with the reception, in which case we charge an additional 50% of the accommodation price.

When will the restaurant be ready?

The completion planned is planned for 2022. But our Backhuus is there for you every day and offers you “Flammkuchen”, pizza, wine and so on. With our great, rustic gastro barrels you also have a cozy option to eat there directly.

Is there a breakfast service?

A possibility to get breakfast at the campsite is already planned but not finished yet. At the moment you can get breakfast like bread rolls and the most necessary things at the shop directly in the village (approx. 800 m).

Are there resting periods?

We are a quiet place and have a night rest starting at 22:00. We do not have a midday rest.

Is it allowed to bring dogs?

Yes, dogs are always welcome. We just have an upper limit of three dogs per pitch/house. 

We have 10 Swedish cottages for dogs and dog owners, which you can book online. They are separated because of people suffering from allergy.
